CCC’s MobileTIME Member Engagement app provides the ability for your assaction’s staff to conveniently access member information using a mobile device. With the Member Engagement app, your staff can:
- Identify members in facility, inclusing New Members, Engagement Conditions, Donors, and Donor Prospects
- Easily add Wellness Notes and Desired Goals to a member’s account
- View Pledge History
- Directly e-mail individual members
- Set follow-up notification reminders, up to 60 minutes
- E-mail or text member details to self
- Mark members as “Engaged” after interacting with member
- Run Engagement Condition Report and then export or e-mail
- Filter through members by New Member, Engagement Condition, Gender and/or Age
- Search members by Name or ID
